Pressure Leaf Filter

The Pressure Leaf Filter performs precision solid-liquid separation using a vertically arranged stack of filter leaves inside a pressure vessel. Operating under pressure, it forms a solids cake on the leaves and uses a pneumatic hammer vibration system for efficient cake discharge. Controls are available in manual or fully automatic versions. The vertical version offers a compact footprint, suited for space-limited plants or medium-capacity duties. The horizontal version accommodates a larger filtration area within a single vessel for higher throughput, designed for large-flow processes.

This design provides reliable filtration accuracy and efficient cake handling in a closed system. Fully automatic models execute the entire cycle—pre-coat, filtration, and discharge—automatically, greatly enhancing productivity and operational consistency. Rugged construction accommodates a wide range of demanding process streams.
