Magnetic Basket Strainer

Magnetic Basket Strainer removes ferrous particles such as iron filings, steel chips, and magnetic debris from industrial fluids. The vessel, available in carbon steel or stainless steel (304/316L), contains high-strength neodymium magnetic rods arranged in a multi-rod array for maximum exposure. These rods resist demagnetization over time. Standard flange connections provide easy integration into piping systems.

The strainer basket retains larger non-magnetic solids, while the magnetic rods capture fine ferrous particles. This dual-action design combines magnetic attraction and physical filtration.
