Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter

Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter removes solid contaminants from liquids without interrupting flow. Fluid passes through the wedge wire screen, trapping particles on the screen surface. When differential pressure reaches a set point – or at a preset time interval – the control system simultaneously activates the motor-driven scraper and opens the blowdown valve. The scraper blades dislodge accumulated debris from the screen, and the discharge flow carries the solids out.

The filter maintains continuous operation without shutdown for cleaning. The automatic scraper mechanism completes the cleaning in seconds, consuming only a small amount of liquid during blowdown. This ensures uninterrupted production. It also eliminates manual screen cleaning and disposable consumables. The Scraper Self-Cleaning Filter is widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical, water treatment, pulp and paper, and coating industries.
